Today on Martha: The Blogging Show!

Ironically, the day I begin to blog, Martha Stewart, of whom I am a HUGE fan, begins her new television season with a special on blogging. And how on earth did I figure this out with my current lack of cable? I read my favourite blog this morning! It's the famous Wedding Bee if you didn't already know.

So what do you ask does Public Relations (PURE...get it?) have to do with weddings... EVERYTHING! The wedding world has experienced a major boost with the addition of the Internet and blogging. Brides and wedding professionals blog about their favourite (and not so favourite) products, services, and events, which could make or break a company.

Presently I am juggling wedding planning with school; you guessed it, I'm a PR student. Check back as I will highlight PR topics related to the wedding industry, and chronicle my own wedding planning adventure.
